Job Description:
-Responsible for leading and working with sanitation team members including assigning tasks, training on sanitation procedures, and reviewing quality of work
-Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
-Ensure all employees are following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
-Conduct regular inspections of sanitation practices and cleanliness of the facility
-Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer)
-Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory sanitation standards and policies

Pay Range: $18.90 - $19.00 per hour

Job Requirements:
-2 years of sanitation or warehouse experience preferred
-6 months or more of Sanitation or Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
-Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
-Understanding of and experience working with sanitation schedules and compliance documentation
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
-Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
-Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices preferred
-Ability to meet/lead/inspire fast-paced sanitation productivity goals and standards
-Excellent customer service and team collaboration required
-Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
-Ability to work in various climate conditions (including coolers/freezers and wet environments)
-Standing 8 to 10 hours per day
-Effective communication skills
-Safety shoes are required
-Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
-Other duties as assigned
